The best of Pho that I have ever tasted. I had a Special Pho last weekend that is my favourite dish. The soup is clear and tasty which is all I want. An extra star for rice paper rolls they have. The freshness of lettuce, sweet and sour pickle carrot are combined very well with meats and rice noodles. Keep up the good work
Finally some pho in Phorest Hill Chase shopping centre! Been waiting for this a long time. Finally got the chance to visit today for a late lunch. They did have a beef special that wasnt on the menu which made the choice for me as thats my dish of choice. The quality of ingredients was outstanding, broth was light and tasty! Serving was smallish but I will be going back very soon.
Edit: 4 days later I came back during the lunch rush, ordered 2 bowls of special pho (me and friend) mine had half the ingredients of the other bowl. Soup was a little cold. Changing my rating from 4 to 3.
Went again while it wasnt lunch rush months later the love is gone 3 to 2.
What can i say, food wise the taste was good, the combination pho that i ordered, the soup was light and refreshing, and the grilled pork was good and the rice expecially was nice just a bit dry for our liking. But the price though, was much more than what we usually pay compared with the portion, coz the place that we usually go for pho i think portion wise was 1.5x compared with what they served here with the price 20% less from them. Service was good, they were friendly and attentive. Overall okay, but wont rush back so soon.
