Food was dry and tasteless. Coffee was not too bad. Wouldn’t recommend keep walking towards TGIF.
Cherry on top was the horrendous service. Somebody school the lady to smile.

Simple food. A friend and I visited today at lunch time. We ordered entrees and added sides of chips and salad, with a glass of champas. For a little over $20 we couldn’t complain. The chicken skewers as an entree had 3 decent sized skewers ($11.50) and a little side bowl of satay sauce. The sauce was tasty and a little spicy. It was just warm, so could have been a faction hotter. We were served a glass of cold water, with slice of lemon.
Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The lunch time period was busy and they seemed to handle it with ease.
This is our 2nd visit and so far we have not had a bad meal. We will be back.

Kevin. A group of us from work went to Viva Restaurant for a Christmas break up. The staff were very organised and made us comfortable and feel atr home, while being unobtrusive. Service was surprisingly quick for an end-of-year dinner. Everybody thought the food and drink were first rate, which made a memorable night for all. There aren’t many eateries I can say that about.

Not great. Went there Tuesday night after the movies .The salmon was ok my partners steak was under cooked. The waitress was not very friendly or helpful just looked like she wanted to be else where . Won’t be goingn back . Oh and the dessert is far from fresh .

A bit meh. Stale water was a bad start. The bottom of the chilled water bottle had what appeared to be a layer of sediment, and so did our replacement bottle, we tasted the ‘old’ before we saw it, disappointing.

There aren’t any kid’s options here, nor half serve options. Having said that our 7 year old enjoyed his spaghetti bolognaise enough to finish it (the taste was OK). Our 10 year old had a chicken schnitzel and chips with salad and a side of mushroom sauce. Again this meal was OK, real chicken, and it was moist, the chips were cooked well.

Three of us shared a giant seafood platter. It was very generous, and could serve four adults well. Plenty of well-cooked wedges and chips, tomato sauce, sweet chilli sauce, tartare sauce, lemon wedges and sour cream come as part of the meal, as does a giant bowl of salad. The salad consisted mainly of undressed iceberg leaves, topped with tomato, cucumber crescents (seeds removed) and red onion, the dressing was a sweet grain mustard variety.

The platter consisted of many strips of unidentified white fish of average flavour (one of us liked this, two were so-so). There were four sticks of grilled prawns, each with 3 medium-small prawns of very good flavour – a highlight. There were also many very tender calamari rings in a crisp and not-at-all oily coating. Butterflied prawn were also deep-fried and OK flavour, though suspect these were packet prawns.

The platter was good value, but felt the other dishes were perhaps a few dollars too much. Service was friendly but a little confused.

Chicken risotto was delicious. My husbands chips of his fish and chips could have been cooked just slightly longer still a bit hard but otherwise enjoyed his meal also.
