Ordered ultimate hsp. Never had it before. Its just chips, cheese, lamb and 3 sauces garlic, chili and bbq. I couldn’t taste the meat. It was just over powered by a ton of sauce. Hardly and chips. It’s a rip off for $14. The lamb wasn’t oily which was good.
I believe the dish they are giving is very well one of a kind, completely sets them apart from every other place. So whoever came up with that idea deserves a golden star.
The dish I ordered contained a layer of chips, then a layer of cheese, then topped with a layer of meat (either beef or lamb, I picked lamb), then a layer of sauce and finally a layer of greek yogurt.
The only problem I had was the fact that their meat roasting mechine a lot of heat, and can feel quite uncomfortable when you approach the place as the heat from the mechine is right in your face. Also the whole place is very hot so must be quite difficult to work there everyday.
However I understand that this is completely out of their control but something needs to be done about that. I mean can you imagine being near that place on a 40C weather? That’ll be insane.
