Best tasting Indian food in Melbourne!
I had dinner last weekend with a group of friends at The Spice Club in Frankston. The service was amazing we were given a big spacey table by a lovely waitress and the environment of the restaurant was very clean and classy. We noticed they had a buffet on with vegan friendly options which was amazing! The buffet came with around 6-7 curries, naan, rice, desserts. It allowed us to try the different selection of curries with rich flavours.
Extremely impressed and will definitely return as we are locals.
Thank you so much for the amazing experience!
Definitely tasted like yesterday’s meal, decent flavors but dry, I wouldn’t go back there, there’s too many other choices for good Indian restaurants
Great authentic Indian food. The $33 smorgasbord is the best option, great value / it includes everything from appetisers to condiments and naan to an assortment of curries and a couple desserts. Friendly staff and well presented restaurant.
After being a loyal Katsuri Indian customer (on Beach street) we decided to try the Spice Club. So much regret. Food was boring & flavourless. Back to Katsuri!
Came here on a Friday night and ordered the ‘all you dan eat buffet’ for $33.
Delicious! 6 curry options with rice, dessert and entrees available. Great for groups or couples and seemed very authentic.
Lovely service and staff
Decent Indian food in the area. Visited with a large family group and enjoyed it. The restaurant itself is nice and the service here was great. Out of all the drinks we ordered, the mango lassi was definitely my favourite- it was fresh, smooth and delicious!
We ordered a few curries to go around the table and they were all nice, but nothing extra special. If you’re up for some nice Indian in the area I would recommend the spice club; it’s a casual, friendly environment and one of the better Indian restaurants in the area.
Worst ever palak paneer and I have tasted a lot of different palak paneers here and in India, I realise they aren’t all the same as some people no doubt make different variations but this literally tasted like sea water with no spice.
