Came here with a friend, ordered multiple dishes to try them all. Although this place is in a beautiful location, I’d say it would have to be some of the worst food I have ever had.
    Food was oily, undercooked, flavorless.
Staff weren’t the nicest, but can’t complain considering how bad the food was. Blergh.

On a beautiful January day, we came for a lunch that was such a memorable one for two reasons. Firstly, good friends catching up. Secondly, the food and service here were fabulous.
The staff were exceptional and always discreetly dropping in to check we had enough drinks and ready to order.
I had the chicken scallopine and my friend had the Thai bowl. Both were generous in portion size and a very tasty.
The wine we had was a very nice pinot grigio.
The views over the bay are gorgeous, especially with the sun streaming down.
Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly. Good parking out the front but there is a charge and I found better parking in one of the side streets for only two hours which was more than enough time.

Waves on the beach is a hidden gem located right on the water front in Frankston. Didnt know what to expect coming here and wow oh wow I was blown away. The food here speaks for it self. To start off with we tried several entrees followed by mains and a desert. All the dishes were delicious flavourful and plentiful. The service was friendly and attentive and there wasnt a long wait on the food. There are cocktail jugs on offer and really pack a punch. No skimping on alcohol here. We had the Pimms and was pretty impressed. Beautiful setting with great views and great food. What more could you want. Definitely one to try.

I havent come here for at least 3yrs. All I remembered was the beautiful view right by the beach. If you are lucky enough try and get a seat outside where you have full view of the beach.
The food was still great. I had the seafood linguini. Plenty of fresh seafood in the bowl so I was happy.
Its a safe bet, if you cant decide where to eat.
