We had an event here recently. Was a wonderful night but if you expect them to provide all the food you paid for you are expecting too much! And when you question them they tell you that you must have be confused regarding the discussion you had and you run out of food. Funny when 25 guest’s who were paid for per person didnt turn up. My guest’s left hungry when the Centra claims that over 432 pieces of pizza were served and consumed in 1hr with under 100 guest’s, that’s with 350 pieces of finger food already being served! We also went to pick up our cake after the event and told it qas thrown out, later i got an email to advise it was found. Very disappointed with my experience with the centra and would definitely not recommended this place for your special event. And definitely not good value for the money spent! Also would like to add that when I put a complaint on social media this Venue claimed I was soooo intoxicated they are surprised I would even remember. I guess they thought I was so drunk they could rip me off. Such a lovely Venue.
