1 1/2 hour wait for lunch. Sunday lunch food was nice when we finally got it 1 1/2 hours way to long to wait. Staff friendly but made no effort to explain or apologize for the wait. No gluten free options offered on the menu. We wont be going back
Booked two tables for dads 60th, when we arrived the waitress had seated people on one of them. We problem solved ourselves as she didn’t want to approach them. All meals were ordered together, came out over 40mins from first meal to last! Tables didn’t get cleared (in fact the desserts were served and the waitress pushed the mains plates out of the way to deliver them). Geelong were playing away so we stayed to watch the late game. Ordered and paid for hot drinks to be bought out at half time with the cake, well wasn’t that a disaster! 3 drinks delivered, another 7 hot drinks not to be seen until almost 3/4 time, and the cake was dumped at an empty sitting with the candles not even lit! Needless to say, a special day was ruined by the incompetent staff, poor service and arrogant managers. NOT RECOMMENDED! We certainly will not be returning, even if we are Geelong Social Club members.
