GF bread used for rolls lacked flavour and substance. Tasted like GF bread from 10 years ago. Very crumbly and did not hold together well. With amazing local GF bakeries in the region there is no reason for the bread to be this bad.
I had an early light lunch of Penne Carbonara here today at around 11am at $9.90 (one of their daily specials) & for the price it was a good feed – nice and creamy. Service provision was great with my meal being served within about 10 minutes of ordering. The waitress Maria was a bit of a character who it appears has been working there for quite a while because she seemed to have memorised all her regular customers orders as they streamed through the door in a fairly constant rate. This little caf has a comfortable ambiance with the background music at a reasonable level to be heard over easily & very popular with the locals.
The Juror’s Verdict: Food 4/5, Service Provision 4.5/5, Will I return: Yes
