Deplorable service. They messed up my order and accused me of lying when I told them what I had clearly ordered. No wonder McDonald’s is going down the tubes.
When we arrived it was quiet. The tables were filthy, the floor was sticky, and the bins were overflowing. We asked a girl to clean the tables and she didn’t even clean them properly and didn’t clean the rest. The chairs had food on them.
And then there was the food. My burger was good but my chips were chewy. I normally wouldn’t care but my entire family couldn’t eat them because they tasted off.
I have never been more disgusted with a McDonalds establishment.
On the upside, I felt bad for the girl in McCaf because the coffee was great.
