The goods are all quite heavy and not with the best of ingredients. But you get what you pay for, the range is good and the staff are super-friendly.
I had a terrible experience. I waited over 15 mins for my cappuccino and bubbacino. I stood around with my toddler on my hip for that entire time. Not one staff member noticed. There was a very short and insincere apology when I pointed out their error – very graciously, might I add! There was no offer of a refund or any other reimbursement. I don’t care how busy you get, a decent apology is the minimum of what I’d expect for such poor service. I’ll never go back. Don’t bother with these guys.
