I wouldn’t normally post a negative review and usually take up all issues with businesses directly but in this instance I felt I could not. Staff were very rude – what would have been a benign takeaway interaction ended up being a poor experience. I was given sticky dirty sauce in my takeaway container that touched my food and due to the previous encounter felt I could not return. Low carb chicken rolls although a little messy tasted good enough – like other Roll’d outlets. Would not return.
Had a worst pork roll from Roll’d Geelong shopping center. I am very disappointed that I paid 9.50 for shitty roll which hardly had any meat in there. That pork roll should not cost more than 4 bucks. It couldn’t be more worse. I would not recommend to any one. I recommended this place to my colleagues, we all went there to have this roll. Before we went there, I spoken to them so highly about it. They are more disappointed then me. Shocking.

The favour is like eating msg . No real broth and sliced beef pho does not have basil . this waitress just threw the half lemon into the pho bow directly ! Shocking !
Friendly staff, but food is sub standard using poor ingredients. Gave this place a couple of go’s because I love Vietnamese food, but will never return here. Geelong needs a good Vietnamese eating placethis is not it.
Went there last Friday and bought a pork roll.. The pork was cold and salty..the filing was little too..very disappointed..not worth the price at all… Highly recommend the top one French hot bread for those who loves Vietnamese roll
Positive staff and consistent output at this well-run outpost of this excellent chain. A small seating area but always able to find a seat.

Food is just horrible! They need a complete changeover if they need to improve. The staff is completely confused and not attentive.
