I went in for lunch on a Friday – it’s understaffed, but Wendy who is the new waitress there, is learning fast. The place is scrupulously clean. I had the spicy pork noodle soup. Which was properly spicy. Noodles made fresh everyday and you could tell – delicious long strands. Greens still slightly crunchy, spicy pork was tender, and the soup had a rich deep flavour. 9 bucks! There are some places on pako doing ‘asian’ that seriously need to come here and see how it should be done. Can’t wait to try out the rest of the menu.
