Ordered the seafood platter for two and everything was delicious. Calamari was very tender, fish was cooked well and batter was light, prawns and scollop skewers cooked to perfection and the chips yum. 5he service was great very friendly staff and food came out qickly. Will be going again and I have no hesitation in recommeding, a great place to eat.

Great venue with a fantastic view over the water. Unfortunately the day I visited it was cold and wet which meant venturing outside into the deck was not considered. Food was well cooked and presented. And the portions were generous. The prices were on the high end of the scale especially for lunch. If the prices are the same for dinner, then I would recommend it. There is a fish and chip shop attached but this is a seperate business.
Expensive and low quality. You would think that being right on the Geelong coast, that they would use fresh, local fish. Instead the calamari rings were those frozen, reconstructed fish type. The fish was poorly cooked, chips were OK, salad was dirty and the layout is poor. Very sub-par, then you realise this is meant to be the best fish and chips in Geelong…
Always enjoy our meals here. We’ve eaten in the Bistro and the take away many times. Never disappoints, always tasty & well cooked. Great service, always friendly. A quirky setting with wonderful views.
I will be back!. Went here for dinner and ordered the seafood and mango salsa salad. For $30 I got 3 prawns, 3 scallops, 3 chunks of salmon and 3 decent sized bits of calamari along with a garden type salad and mango salsa. The portion was just the right size, not too big and not too small and tasted delicious.
