Great night at wah wah gees the atmosphere was pumping on a Saturday night, quite a young crowd upstairs & more chilled in the restaurant so something for everyone. Beautiful setting right on the pier.
Food could not be faulted it was all great, favourites were the yellow thai curry & crispy chicken bao. We ordered too much so had the rest for lunch the next day which the staff were more than happy to arrange the takeaway for us.
Staff were all really good, explained the menu & accommodating.
Price I think was really reasonable.
I dont understand the low rating as certainly wasnt our experience.. Id recommend & Will hopefully be back.

We had the cauliflower, the chicken wings, the crispy pulled pork bao and the brownie. We absolutely enjoyed the food, ambience and the service.

Came here for lunch with my husband. As its on the pier and overlooks the waterfront. He had a cocktail, which he really enjoyed and they are very generously priced at $10. We had a few items to share, as the menu was set up more for that kind of dining. We had the roti with chilli hummus, which was alright but nothing spectacular. Seeds and grains salad. The Asian hot chicken wings. Which were falling off the bone and far from hot. The broccolini w amino seeds and veginaise, one of my favourite dishes and the pork belly bao which was one of the standouts. The prices were a little steep but the quality of the food was very good and cant beat the location.

Underwhelming. Beautiful view but that’s about it. The feed me menu is a total rip off. When I say feed me, you need to keep bringing the dishes until we say stop. The guys on my table left feeling hungry. Staff seem uninterested. My cocktail had about 1ml of alcohol. Now I see why the rating is so low. Much improving to be had.
