Caf Buddha is a caf decorated with jewellery accessories and many cute stuff. We enjoyed the shopping while having our meal. The shop has a very pleasant ambience and the service was very friendly. The outdoor area is at the rear garden full of flowers and native plant.
The Chap Chhay Of Sach (Vegetable Casserole) served with rice on a delicate plate was delicious. We love the latte and the home made muffin.

This is the tiniest cafe with only three small tables inside among the shop goods.
There’s an outdoor area at the back which has more room.
According to the owners (Cambodian brothers) this cafe has been here for over 20 years.
Soy chai latte was sickening sweet.
Chhar chamros was basically a vegan casserole but the sauce was also quite sweet for me. Apart from carrots and some greens, the rest of ingredients were dried products (beancurd sheets, bamboo shoots, mushrooms). Interesting flavor and worth a try.
Lots of locals seemed to just have coffees and read newspapaers there.
Service was very friendly but super slow.
