Ordered two burgers – Volcano and Aussie Gold.
Volcano burger is crazy hot but very yummy. The spicy taste is just at the start of the bite and it wouldnt burn your tongue. (p.s. only for spicy lover)
Aussie Gold is for meat lover (less vege and beef is very Juice). It would not dry even at the last bite. The sauce on top embellished the burger taste.
All the sauce are homemade.
Customer service was great and easy to communicate. Everything is very tidy and clean.
Despite a long wait with Ubereats, the food came warm enough. We got the classic beef dumplings and pork dumplings, chicken fried rice and some smoothies. The pork dumplings were quite nice. If they had arrived crispy that would have been better! The beef dumplings weren’t as great and were quite pink inside, to the point that I felt the need to nuke them in the microwave first. The rice was very tasty.
From the outside, youd never know how good this place is. The homemade dumplings are honestly some of the best Ive ever had! Highly recommend trying it out.
A really interesting combination of food options coming out of Hills Pan. You can choose from an impressive menu of dumplings, steamed or pan fried. The is a bunch of rice dishes, soup dishes, burgers or rice burgers, or chips or juices and smoothies.
Today I thought I would give the Porkdition Dumplings a go… pan fried of course. They certainly were flavoursome and I ate them with a good amount of chinese vinegar for dunking.
I had s freshly pressed apple, pineapple and watermelon juice which was refreshing and certainly quenched my thirst.
There were only 3 tables in the shop, seating two and the other dining options are a trio of Bar stools and a bench. The shop interior is pretty basic but I did enjoy the dumplings… not sure if they are made fresh but certainly tasted better than many Ive had in nearby Box Hill.
Nice burger/fries/soft drink combo. Loved the Hot beef burger which came with a special hot sauce. Fries were freshly fried and chunky. Good service with a smile. Nice seating.
The dumplings were really good, had a lot of flavour and was cooked really well. The sauces were great as well and the overall service was great.
ONE OF THE BEST BURGERS IN MELBOURNE
I Saw this place just randomly on my way to the bank and stopped in to get a burger.. Being a semi-small shop i did not have high hopes, but i did have a big appetite.
Now, it was not your average take away shop, with blackboards for menu items, NO; there were 40 inch LCD Displays beautifully covering the menu and the pictures of the different food items.
After some quick sizzling i finally got my burger and it 100% blew all my expectations out the window; I am an avid burger lover, Ive been to them all; expensive, gourmet, organic blah blah, Places rated and raved about. But nothing, i mean none of them compared to the burger i had at this place, If i had to describe in in one word, HONEST! It was simple and cheap. I was hungry, so i got the Double (Less than $11) and it killed my hunger instantly. the super fresh ingredients (Beautiful single Cos Lettuce piece with fresh tomato and mild cheese) mixed with 2 thick juicy meat patties that were perfectly balanced with the crisp bread that made this ultimate burger perfect. beautifully wrapped and presented like a gift from the food gods. I would highly recommend traveling to grab one of these, SERIOUS GAME CHANGERS. Finally to quote the 5 guys burger reviewer ‘this was not a weak burger, this burger had strength’
