I dont know why people are giving this place a lower rating. I guess its because of their staffs? Because they did not serve customers in a more formal manner, however they did get their work done. Now lets talk about the food. Hot pots are mainly based on quality of ingredients and soup base. They do have some incredible soup base for people to select, and eventually I have tried all of their soup bases within a month. The best is the tomato soup base for my personal recommendation. And now their ingredients, they are quality ingredients that is above the average. Lamb is nicely sliced and served, tender beef is frozen yet it goes really well with hot pot. Among the hot pots stores in Glen Waverley, I do suggest this one, as its the best in taste. Also thinking of another way, there arent annoying waiters coming and going just to ask you hows the food.
