Rise of Thailand has fast become my favourite Thai restaurant. A spacious restaurant with lovely decor touches (think gold and silver table cloths and intricate wooden partition) creates a relaxing atmosphere. Its busy even on a weekday evening, but not crowded. The food is superb – authentic flavours and well-prepared generous sized dishes. The service is excellent too – friendly and hospitable.

This place really does special authentic Thai food. Located on Coleman parade opposite Syndal station sits this lovely Thai restaurant. Staff are very polite and very attentive. Food comes out at a normal pace, the Thai tofu salad is my favourite as it feels quite warm, inviting and nourishing. This place has been here for many years and is constantly packed at night, it just goes to show it’s quite popular and in my books.
Ambience : 4/5. Great location with ample parking space at the surrounding. Beautifully decorated.
Food : 3/5. Portions were small. Dishes tasted fusion rather than authentic. Tried better Thai food elsewhere.
Service : 3/5. Waitresses were not very attentive but were quick to clear the table the moment a dish is finished. And the place was not even crowded.
The first and last. Not coming back.
This place has been in my bookmarks for quite some time now and I was really pleased that I was finally able to try it the other week. The food is quite nice and one of the best Ive ever had. Would recommend
