Of all the new hot pot joints that have opened up in Glen Waverley as of recent, this one is my top pick. Fresh food, excellent presentation, attentive service (constantly topping up your broth) and a clean, comfortable premises. This is all reflected in the slightly higher prices but still reasonable in my opinion.

Dont come here when it is really busy like a Saturday night staff dont seem to be able to manage the situation! Extended wait time on table already booked… table was not cleaned from last patrons. After setup, no plates no chopsticks no napkins and the foods arrived!!! The Sauce section was a mess! Bowls empty and nothing was refilled. I had to tell them a few times!!
Overall stock is good but you do pay a bit more. Especially the pork n spicy. Ive been here a bit, this is the first time I left not happy. All the other times. Food has been well presented and fresh. On this occasion the mash combo was SOUR!! it had gone off and they didnt know. We complained and they removed from the bill. Most likely it was frozen defrosted and frozen again!!
Ive watched enough cooking shows to NOT DO THAT! lol anyways will still come back but not on a Saturday

ORDER THE MUSHROOM SOUP, it’s so good and delicious to drink. we always spend around $25 pp when we come to this place – we always order the Wagyu beef, basa fish fillets, Enoki mushroom, corn, Rice dokbokki, the plain noodles, rice vermicelli noodles and veggie combo. so worth it every penny
My friends and I go so often that my friend got a discount card, the waitress and waiters always know her and are very attentive to her.
if you’re a newcomer, you might sometimes find it hard to get the waitress/waiter ‘s attention but go up to them or put your hand up high !
The seating arrangements of the restaurant is not the best meaning that some people can’t be seen from one side of the restaurant.
BEST THING: free sauce bar!!!! so good – I love their sesame sauce and chilli oil, so much better than the upstairs ones.
The menu is in English and Chinese so everyone can easily access to the menu 🙂
Its has high quality of food. The price is a little bit high around $40-50 per person which is becoming normal price for hot pot in Melbourne now. The food is fresh and creatives. Sides are also nice.
Love the hotpot here. Not only the potion is quite generous and fresh but the price is also not bad for the quality. The way they decorate the food is quite nice and interesting. I can give them 4 stars only because all the staffs and the manager/ owner cannot speak English much, its quite hard to communicate with them.
