Delicious steaks, great wine and amazing deserts! The food does take some time to come out, so best to order an entree or two as the one we had was quite small (4 Ribs to share in the sticky lamb ribs entree). The staff explained the specials and were helpful.
With friends to come here for dinner, this shop in Glen Waverley belongs to the busiest, difficult to make a reservation, restaurants are floor-to-ceiling windows, professional services, a lot of wine list are the owner of the wine, food is very general, but desserts have characteristics,
This steak joint can be summed up as mediocre at best. Great interior design which made me feel like the food they serve should be above average, and its unique menu design piqued my interest. We ordered ribs to share, porterhouse and eye fillet (medium rare), plus the compressed watermelon and kale salad as side. Unfortunately apart from the ribs starter which was average (I’ve yet to have bad ribs), the main course was a total disappointment. My porterhouse was tough and stringy, eye fillet hard to chew, plus the fact that sauce cost extra $4 just did not sit well with me.
Service was average, there was a mix up with our wine. Way too pricey for poor quality meat, would not go back.

I’ve been a few times. The problem is it doesn’t quite deliver on what it wants to be. It’s hard to attract and retain skilled staff. I almost cant remember the last time I was served by a career waiter or someone over 25. There was nothing wrong with the service provided, just at this price point you expect more precision. The steak knife struggled to cut through the steak, the bathrooms were starting to look like a nightclub toilet and I spied a pot in the kitchen so black that if it were scrubbed clean it could be used to pave another lane on the monash freeway.
It is worth it to try a few entrees, the croquette was very good, fancy presentation, seemed to be almost hallow, Beef slider puts all the other local burger places to shame, 9/10.
Steaks are half decent but you might feel a little ripped off after you add sides and sauces to go with it.
I think the place is good generally, but somethings too expensive.
Enjoyed the best of service! Add food that is prepared to your liking and great wine selection.

Steak ministry bar and grill house in Glen Waverley. Very nice bar and grill house and serve good steak and other meat cuisines. Definitely a good place to dine in Glen. Love the entrees and main courses are very nice.

After watching their feature program on TV, the family and I finally got around to trying their steaks. Great cuts of meat and cooked quite nicely. Desserts were yummy too and service was pretty good. Definitely recommend to steak lovers!
