Nice banh mi, clean premises, quick service, perfect for lunch. I prefer the cold deli meat rolls as I find roast pork too greasy and their version was very nice.

A fairly unassuming place that Ive walked past a number of times without seeing much activity happening inside. Well, I had a hankering for a Bahn Mi, so found myself wandering inside. Good lord, it was delicious! The roll was the perfect balance of crispness and softness, fillings were generous and extremely tasty.

It seemed like a quiet day for them, so I also bought a water, vegemite scroll and a custard cannoli with the intention of rationing out the items over the weekend. Well, that didnt happen and I ended up scoffing the lot in one sitting. The cannoli was perfect, the custard had a tonne of flavour and wasnt too sweet.

Im not even supposed to be eating wheat but damn it, this place is too good to not visit again.

!!!Rating disclaimer!!!The 4.0 is for the Bnh m we got and not any other of their many items on offer. BUT given the fact this family run bakery has been going strong for 9 years, there must be something decent coming out of their oven! So, as you know, we had the Vietnamese Bnh m – at a nicely priced $5/each! A light yet crunchy baget-style little role was stuffed with a heap of tofu (which the owner cooked for us when we ordered, she also told us they make their own tofu so we felt pretty special to get something so fresh!), pickled carrot, slices of cucumber, coriander, a few slivers of HOT red chilis and a couple of splashes of soy. OH YUMBO. Best veg Bnh m in the area for sure! We WILL be back, thank you!
