Very, very good. I wasn’t expecting much from a food court outlet (it has its own seating) but my pork chop vermicelli was sensational. Beautifully marinated with lemongrass, perfectly tender, and a great grilled flavour. Only cutlery options are plastic forks or chopsticks, so a bit hard to eat. Still worth it though. Rice paper rolls are OK. But I’m coming back for the chop.
Tried this place Saturday arvo – always keen to sample a pho when I get the chance. Beef pho was delicious. So much so that I’ll be going back for more and soon. Service quick and friendly.
