My stomach dropped when I heard that Basecamp Eatery will be closing down this week. This was my second time grabbing a quick meal from here. Lovely staff, delicious food and even better coffee.
We stopped in here to pick up our Sunday morning coffee, on the way home. This place is groovy with a bit of Melbourne vibe. The coffee was excellent, service genuine and lots of groovy condiments to purchase. We recommend highly.

Food was reasonably good but seemed a bit expensive but service was fast and came with a friendly smile.
Offers Good prices and good food compared to a lot of other venues in Halls gap whose prices we found to be quite ridiculous (who in their right mind would pay $30 for a chicken parmigiana!!) also provide free wifi. Worth a visit
Not the best fish and chips,fish a bit dry and chips a bit greasy and very expensive!To be fair we didn’t try any of the other food,which may have been better!
