First off, the main cook was physically glued to his smart phone by the eyeballs, barely conscious of the outside world, the other guy taking orders was vague or possibly hungover?
He pulled the lamb out too early and had to return it to the Bain Marie to remoisten it, the schnitzel was dry. Food was served to the wrong customers even though there were only a couple of us in the shop. After we ate, the server forgot (again) what meal we had.
Im not really sure how they can operate like that….
