The best pizza I’ve had in a long time!!! I got a wholemeal base and it was thin and crispy and just like Italy. Staff were friendly and delivered earlier than expected. There wasn’t too much cheese so could still taste other toppings. Will definitely be going back

To finish off we had deserts – CHOCOLATE MOUSSE AND STICKY DATE PUDDING – OMG , it was the best I have had .. So moist , so perfect . Totally recommend it 🙂
Take it or leave it. Delivered late and not as fresh as other pizza deliveries we’ve had, seems like they fit in lots of deliveries and perhaps that’s compromising on quality once it gets to you. Might be fine if you eat in or pick up but wouldn’t recommend for delivery. Half of our pizza had a black charcoal burnt crust.. shouldn’t have made it to the serving box and if you like your pizza’s thin then I’d say try somewhere else.. the bases here are medium thickness although I guess it comes down to personal preference.
Surprised. Really surprised about our dinner tonight. We have been going to other pizza shops for Hampton for years and did not even know of Bay Crust. We sat in the courtyard which was also news, and it was great. The pizzas where the best I had in the area and service was fine. Will definitely be back.
Show the customer some love. The Pizza here is wonderful but what lets it down is the service they need to spend some time and effort to train their staff as they are not up to standard .The room out the back is great but please play music that is appropriate when dining , diners had to ask the waitress to turn it off as it was blaring .
This is a great local but it really needs to improve the in house dining experience , we as family really hope they make the improvements or we won’t be back .
