The Best!!. I have been coming to Gas Milk Bar for breakfast and lunch for years. The service and quality has remained consistently amazing. I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend the pancakes with fruit salad!

Big breakfast. Went for a Sunday morning breakfast. Both had the big breakfast which I would highly recommend. Everything was cooked perfectly, tasted great and the service was friendly and prompt. For the size it is great value for money. This place is a hidden gem in Brighton that is well worth a visit.

Really unpretentious place in Brighton. The service is friendly and the coffee is brilliant. Food is wholesome, honest & tasty – no fuss. I love the fact that they have organic produce. I stop by every morning on my way to work for a takeaway coffee & my kids love the smoothies and toasties. Go for well priced, tasty food!
