Nice little eatery with a great menu. Gas big break is is excellent with home made hash browns, bacon, egg, spinach and mushrooms…Coffs is also very good. Prices are a tad lower than the neighbouring Brighton strip. Recommended place for food and coffee.
Have been coming to gas for 10 years now and that really tells the story. Great atmosphere staff are always lovely and friendly. Tasty, wholesome food which is well priced and the coffee is great. Favourite Cafe in Brighton !
Seems a lot has changed from the last reviews of 2014. The service here is non existent. It’s very hard to order when you are not attended to and when you request something, it just doesn’t arrive .. even with reminders. Nice out in the sun but don’t think I’ll be back. Good coffee and tea but syrup chai is a let down.
