The food is good ,only reason you would ever go back. The owners have the audacity to totally rip people off. For a small round container of noodles they charge $17.00 and don’t even fill the containers to the top. Hello I can go to any top restaurant in the area and pay the same for double the amount of freshly prepared food. Not take home cold food to reheat 3 days after it’s made. The staff are a whole different story. Unbearable Brighton private school snobs. I actually hate myself every time I go there as I always leave pissed off and roped off. Nasty service and even nastier owners. I once asked a girl to fill my container up a little more and was treated as though I had the plague. If I wasn’t paying $17.00 for a tiny round tub of noodles I wouldn’t have asked. I believe they deserve to be out of business. There are much better choices in the area.

I’ve be coming to Houlihans for years and am often disappointed – not by the staff which a few other reviews speak of, but the lack of healthy dishes on offer. I don’t understand why the menu hasn’t changed – don’t the chefs get bored? Every time I go into the shop there are also different staff members – seems to be a high turnover. It would be good to see some variety and a shop makeover!
