Shocking front of house customer service! This place is completely incompetent to take orders over the phone for local pizza pick up. On the only two occasions I phoned to place an order, both times after coming to collect my order they simply had no recollection of my order ever been taken. I let the first incident slide but twice in a row is ridiculous!
A family-friendly, good quality Italian restaurant in Bayside! Love their pizzas and venue. The lungo is huge and perfect for sharing or enjoying to yourself!!
Consistent, simple and delicious. This has been our new local for about 9 months and really deserves a higher average. We mostly get takeaway which has always been enjoyable. We ate in once and there was a really happy family vibe goin’ on with positive service. Tasty thin base, clean toppings and restraint with the cheese means you don’t feel bad after, no oily mess. Be sure to get the garlic cheese pizza to start you off!
With so many pizza places on Hampton road – competition is tough. Queen margherita is always a win though, the consistency of both food and service sets them apart as the leader!
Ordered take away via Uber eats. For the cost it was not worth it. Flavour was lacking but size was decent enough. Managed 2 meals from pasta. If there was more flavour this place would have been perfect
My pizza was awful, the base was hard and burnt, while the rocket and cheese on my pizza were cold. Cold cheese. On. A. Pizza. A bit squishy and rushed while ordering but there were no faults when my table of 18 people got delivered our meals. A slab of pizza happily served 4 hungry people and the dessert was exceptional.
