The food looked amazing in photos, although was a bit disappointed in the quality and how the presentation was different on social media to in real life. The staff only approached us to take our order and not again. We didnt receive water and never got something we ordered. The bao was stale and old. The chicken used inside tasted like a store bought chicken schnitzel not freshly made. The avocado dish was a bit heavy and need some freshness. The avocado was under ripe and watery.
If you have kids you need to visit The Spare Room. This cafe has literally turned their entire courtyard into a kids area equipped with jumping castles, a cubby-house and heaps of toys. Generally I’ve found food to be pretty average at these kid friendly cafes, but the crew here still serve up a really decent brunch and coffee.
