Cute garden our back to sit and eat in. Waited some time for a waiter to notice we were at the please wait to be seated sign and to seat us. Food came out quite fast. I had the Salmon & Fritter and my boyfriend had the Golden folded eggs. Both were really good and super filling. However I didnt like the lime marscarpone with the dish. Would come back here to try some other dishes!
Great place for breakfast or brunch. Attentive service and good food. They were very busy on the day we were there for a weekend brunch as they had 2 events running upstairs and the back courtyard. The food was a fair portion and I would say my personal favourite was the Salmon with Rosti which had an amazing beetroot dip! The wrapped eggs was pretty much scrambled eggs with bacon but its a good size. The vibes of this cafe is inviting and I love the ambience. The only downside I would say would be slightly on the pricey side but its Hawthorn anyway…and they only have one toilet and parking can be very tricky if you are driving.
