Quite possibly the worst meal we have had.
My partner and I arrived here for lunch at about 1:00 PM. I noticed a lot of the tables and chairs were cluttered and out of position in the lounge, and it generally did not look clean and tidy. After looking at the menu we decided to order, only to find that the kitchen staff had decided to take the meals we had chosen off the menu. I remember the woman who served us seemed abrupt. I then ordered the chicken schnitzel and my partner ordered a steak medium done. Even though there were only 4 to 6 other diners there, it took a long time for our meals to arrive. One again, the waitress who served was abrupt. Some sort of sliced meat sausage had been placed on my chicken schnitzel that smelled like rotting flesh. The chicken was tasteless and way over cooked. My partner’s steak was over-cooked and as tough as nails and she refused to eat any more. I refused to eat any more than a quarter of the chicken. We both only ate about half the vegetables that were over-boiled and tasteless. We had had enough, and just got up and walked out never to return again.
