I had a job interview at Coles HO so afterwards needed a feel good treat with a coffee and some time to sit and reflect on something that was now too late. The one busy staff member was frantically trying to train a new lady on the till and seemed to be doing everything himself while the new staff member and two other staff members just looked on. He did a great job on my coffee and the lemon meringue tart I chose was also tasty. Hope the other staff eventually helped him out otherwise he might burn out.
