Friendly staffs and best banana cake Ive had in Melbourne. I like going to alley hens for my morning coffee and cake. Interior is fresh and airy. Love the vegetable plot out front
[Coffee & Cake]
I got turfed out of the car near Alley Hens on my way to work this morning. This pretty little place has plenty of character with original period styling. I grabbed a coffee and a mystery muffin which had a blueberry in a dollop of Nutella. The muffin was in fact mixed berry and jam packed with berries which I greatly appreciated. Coffee was mellow and nutty. Happy to have this spot on my little walk to work.
