Im long time customer but since last 4 months have experienced disgusting taste of pizza.I gave a call to give feedback and was told by manager he does not care.Such type of service and tone is not acceptable.They are loosing loyal customer.
I’m a long time customer however tonight when I placed my normal delivery order I received the wrong order. That’s okay- mistakes happen. I called and they apologized and said they’d send the correct pizza out. 1.5 hours later the peri peri chicken pizza arrived. The pizza, had literally only one small piece of chicken and was easily the worst pizza I’d ever had. I couldn’t help think that they went out of there way to make this an unpleasant experience.
Lesson learned, never complain about a wrong order with Colombo pizza express in hawthorn.

Cheap, greasy pizzas definitely not authentic Italian pizza. Expect lots of cheap cheese, frozen packet seafood toppings, the saltiest olives in existence, supermarket style pizza bases, and weird cake batter textured chocolate mouse.
I wouldn’t eat from here again if you paid me… If you’re after large portion sizes of subpar pizza though this might be your place.
