First time coming back after ownership changed. Ordered The Frenchy and Portuguese egg. Very good portion of The Frenchy, each element in this dish also cooked beautifully . The Egg baked perfectly but prefer more chorizo and maybe one more egg with this kind of price of the dish, also prefer butter with the sourdough, it is a bit hard.
I wish there were more exciting options for vegetarians. I was only able to order one of the sweet dishes from the menu and it slightly let me down. I love the outdoor seating though. The place had a chill vibe.

Overall, the food was really amazing! Its perfectly cooked, seasoned and all well balance with the drinks and good chit-chat with my friends. The portion was generous and the food come out right on time.
The staffs were friendly and attentive too. The place and the ambience was nice, bright and airy..

It’s been abit more than a year since our last visit. Had memories of delicious food and the beautiful outdoor terrace. Today was lovely and sunny perfect day to sit outside which we did.
It seems to be under new management. Food was so disappointing! I had the avocado toast. Was expecting more avocado and flavour. And it tasted of nothing. Needed seasoning like salt and lemon juice. The fetta cheese cream tasted off. The bread tasted good and the added poached egg was runny that’s all the positives I can say. My friend had the common breakfast – scrambled eggs were too salty and unevenly salted. So disappointing.
Catch up for brunch with a friend on Saturday. The place has a nice ambiance to it. I wasnt sure where the entrance is but Was lucky enough to follow another patron up the stairs.
Food was average to be honest. I had a side of salmon with my healthy bowl. I believe that cooked salmon should always be hot. Raw on the other hand is a different story. This is cooked salmon was fridge cold.
Service was the big let down here. I came late to meet my friend who happened to already ordered her coffee. When I got mine she was still waiting for hers. After we asked the second time they rushed and told us that theres a long wait for coffee. I dont know if the waiter realised that we can see where the barista is. Anyway, after the meal we were still chatting and decided to order another drink (I know we are brave souls). I asked what tea do they have. The waiter looked at me blankly and ask me, what do you mean? Ordering food is such a task its just hard work. Waiter dont know what they are doing. Obviously lack of training, lack of knowledge about the product that they are selling. Plenty of options for brunch in Melbourne. Why come here I ask myself?
