Everytime I come to hawthorn I would always naturally visit this restaurant. It’s relax to dine here plus the staff is super nice. Make sure you order the chilli crab. Highly recommened
Came here on a voucher enjoying well cook crab banquet and it was just perfect! The service was excellent! The Malaysian chilli crab was cooked perfectly and gave us a whole crab! Their coconut prawn dish was fantastic! They respect their seafood
Tried their salted egg yolk crab and Malaysian chilli crab, both are delicious. Crabs were fresh. The entrees and noodles were ok, but a little bit pricey as the portions are quite small. Staffs were friendly. Overall not bad, will be back to try other crab dishes/styles.
Crab noodles were absolutely amazing!!! Pricey but a large serving, very generous. Staff were caring and the portions were sizeable enough to offer decent value. Will be sure to visit again to continue trying their delicious menu! Interior decor is very modern and fits perfectly with the aesthetic of the restaurant.
If you are on a mission to satisfy some serious crab craving, this place is guaranteed to deliver happiness to your tastebuds and tummy! Kapitan has uphold its spot as the to-go for mud crab that its predecessor Omah used to be. Chilli crab and Salted Egg Yolk crab are must haves and everything else can come after. For variety, prawns (Coconut prawns), pork ribs (Zhen Jiang) and greens (Sambal beans) were ordered and all were equally tasty.

Famous by Crab, which is best try in Autumn season. Singapore Crab have rich flavor, which best company with fry Bao. salty egg crab is tasty as well. beef filet is fresh but i cannot taste the black truffle. service is good. environment is fit for friends or couple.
