  Their crispy rolls were originated from Shanghai and has rapidly expanded all over the world. Their corpsy rolls are inspired by Taiwanese style scallion pancakes.Love the idea of a crispy scallion pancake filled with a variety of ingredients. Loved how it was crispy and fluffy on the outside and packed with fillings on the inside. There is an option to choose either an original or scallion roll.We tried from each category on the menuEgg & Scallion Crispy Roll(Liang Basic) – This was really good and simple roll and it was really crispy. Roasted Pork Crispy Roll ( Liang Signature) – This was one of my favourites, felt like the roasted pork went really well with the scallion pancake. Kimchi Chicken Crispy Roll ( Liang Favourites) – The rolls were really nice and the bell pepper gives it the extra crunch. The kimchi chicken was marinated nicely and it went really well with the other ingredientsMayo pork floss sausage crispy roll ( Liang all day brekkie) – This is a really good brekky option, and the pork floss and sausage were really good. Banana & Nutella Crispy Roll ( Liang Sweet Savoury) – The rolls contains banana, nutella, and icing sugar. This was one of my favourite, the ingredients went really well in the crispy roll and it wasn’t too sweet.They do have a combo meal options and specials available, be sure to check them out. There are also delivery options which makes it perfect where they deliver to you! Also, students get a discount by flashing their student ID! Will definitely be back again for the rolls as we really enjoyed it!

  Fast and easy!! Loved the Peking duck crispy roll that has a delicious flavour. I would definitely recommend to people who are looking for something fast and yummy

  I went today. This guy cannot cook. Not crispy at all. The guy that cook in the weekend is fantastic, all crispy. I even bought 5x last weekend! But today so sad not nice!!

  We tried the followingPeking Duck Crispy Roll:Which will set you back $10.80 (Expensive), It was very delicious, the duck was excellently cooked, it is quite expensive and not filling, and they do add a bit too much sauce. It has a great mix of ingredients. And came with free tea. The sauce also tastes like authentic Peking duck sauce. It was also wrapped quite nicely however the overflow of sauce will eventually break loose and cause a mess. Expensive but worth it.Chicken Crispy RollPrice $9.80 (Quite Expensive), It was quite tasty, roll was quite flaky, however the kimchi and capsicum overpower the entire flavour of this snack. The chicken breast was quite juicy, considering it is chicken breast it was excellently cooked with the chicken maintaining its juiciness. We will definitely go back, but we would choose the Peking Duck Crispy Roll, Space is quite limited also

  Liang Crispy Rolls just opened their first chain in Hawthorn – the first one in Australia! Small yet comfortable store in Hawthorn with several seatings inside. As the name implies, Liang Crispy Rolls specializes in roti like Chinese buttery pancakes which can be enjoyed classic with chives or with various fillings you can choose both savory and sweet. You can totally imagine the texture just by looking at our picture ??
