We popped in here on a Wednesday evening for the Philly cheese steaks. Took us a little while to actually figure out where they were served; we went upstairs then back to the main bar to order and were then told to order downstairs. More signs might come in handy.We ordered the Hot cheese steak ($13) and the Bourbon bacon cheese steak ($16), as well as some onion rings. The hot cheese steak is the original cheese steak (beef, onions and cheese) with added Jalapenos. I’m a fan of spicy food but this was nearly inedible. I think the cook might have grabbed a handful of Jalapenos and tossed them all in; I ended up picking most of them out and covering the bottom of my basket with them (that’s how many there were!) Perhaps the menu needs to state that when they say hot, they really really mean it.
The Bourbon bacon fared much better. Highlight was the onion rings which were crispy and coated in a herbed crumb, but were a little on the pricey side ($9 for a half-full basket)The fire was a nice touch on a cold night. Will reserve full judgement until we can make a return visit and I order something else.
Came here to try out the hourly burger specials, was left disappointed as the burgers were cold and soggy. The chips and gravy were decently sized for the price but the gravy was thick and sticky. Asked for the wings but they told us it was sold out even though it was only 4 PM. The seating itself was dirty and looked it it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile as there were empty food baskets left on our table. Overall an unpleasant experience and a disappointed at the lack of effort put into the food. We won’t be back.
Nevermind is a Good bar. Unfortunately the burgers that we ordered came out raw . We Asked them to cook again and the meat was still pink. Not happy!
Cool place with different levels and a great vibe. Recommend to come down for a drop or two. Didn’t get to try the burger but will be back for that. Though they waffle fries we had were amazing!!!
Came here after 6/7pm and all burgers cost $6. Very delicious patty and extra soft bun. And they also came with side dishes all for only $6! The sweet potato chips were very crunchy. Too bad their beer selections aren’t so great. Oyherwise would’ve been 5/5
I went here with 2 friends, as I liked the quirky name. It was a busy little place, on 3 levels which was deceiving as it looks quite small from the street.
We had a couple of drinks and some cheeseburgers which were really good. The service was friendly and professional and I’ll definitely go back.
