My wife was craving boat noodles, so happy wife, happy life – I headed to OSHA, which is local, and grabbed a few bowls. Fantastic flavour, and generous serving size with plenty of beef/pork, but holy hell it was spicy. I’ve never had boat noodles this spicy! I’m just going to have to man up and get on board, because the dish is too delicious not to have again. I want to try some of the other items on the menu as well, as I got serious food envy when I walked past everyone else’s meals.

In a hurry today, grabbed a quick bite of beef Pad Thai from this convenient spot beside Glenferrie Station and Swinburne Uni. Generous portion with tender beef strips, tasty tofu and served so fast by friendly staff I barely collected my cutlery in time.
Extensive menu with good value offerings, probably worth checking out the other dishes when there’s more time to savour the flavours in this casual hideaway.
We have ordered takeaway Thai from here a few times. The curries are delicious, and the bbq lemongrass pork salad was also a hit. The pad see ew had a bit of a fishy taste on both occasions which was a bit disappointing, but the Pad Thai was great, so that would be my go to noodle dish. Always very prompt with preparing food too.
I ordered a pad thai and thai fish cakes. The food wasnt anything special or that authentic, the pad thai was too wet and the sauce was almost like gravy. Good for a cheap, quick eat before heading to the station though.
