Old school fish and chippery / Hamburger place is a throwback to the 1970s. Nothing flash but plenty of meal deals. Burger with the lot and a can for $10 was perfectly fine. On another occasion I had the Fish Pack consisting of 1 piece flake, 1 dim sim, 1 potato cake, 1 serve of chips and a can of soft drink for $10. Again it was fine (but fine dining it ain’t)

Very good fish and chips. Don’t usually write reviews but as a guy who is missing the decent fresh, crunchy and affordable meal I grew up with, I highly recommend these guys. I only recently moved into the area and have had they’re Fish Pack 4 or 5 times, same each time. Piece of flake, potato cake, dim sim and chips and a coke for just $10 bucks. I must admit I’ve even gone back to the Corn Jack and Chiko Roll. And no, I don’t know them at all, apart from a very friendly Asian man who smiles and hands me a nice meal. Highly recommend. JJ
What a raging disappointment. We all know the cravings on a Friday night for fish and chips and safe to say those cravings weren’t met! Oily and cold fish accompanied by cold chips left me feeling as flat as their potato cakes. Overall, I won’t be visiting again even if they offered me a lifetime supply.
WOW – had some fish and chips from here last night and the chips were probably the best I have ever had! The combination of salt used was perfect, I defs could’ve gone back and picked some more. Only downside was the grilled flake – a slightly weird taste to it, but probably just a different type of fish used. Overall, a very enjoyable takeaway experience!
