  One visit is enough to experience how crap this place is. To begin, you are welcomed by witnessing possibly the dirtiest place i have ever been. Everything from the windows to the floors to the benches to the walls was just covered in grime. Two large open bins can be found basically right near where you order, which is exactly want you want to be looking at while ordering food. Looking over the counters you can see all the cooking equipment used, which is also offputting. The tables and chairs were also not clean, and damaged.

  As for the service, not very good either, the staff were friendly yes, but gave me the wrong food twice.
  Not too mention it took almost 30 mins to get my food.

  The food itself had been microwaved and was not very pleasant.

  I also witnessed the staff handle his mobile phone while wearing gloves, and proceed to not change the gloves after it.

  The staff here are really friendly and I’d really hate to give this place a bad rating but there was no excuse for how bad the food is.
  I’ve been here a few times now, at very very late hours and service was still really really slow. Took a good 25 minutes to get my HSP being the ONLY customer there. They also decided to microwave the HSP to melt the cheese. This is so unnecessary… and makes the chips really soggy. Surely if you are going to open up a business with food you’d know microwaving food increases the water content and will take any crispyness out of any food. I could not for the life of me ever think about microwaving freshly fried chips. The cheese was also really, really grainy and unpleasant.
  I’ve also had the pro pizza there. I actually didn’t mind the combination, but it is clear they don’t know how to make pizza. Their oven is simply not hot enough. The middle was kind of soft, floppy and cold there was a plethora of oil just seeping into the bottom of the cardboard box. You need to use something that spreads the heat out evenly on the bottom of the pizza.

  I don’t see this store surviving unless they decide to change their ways. Guys, just throw the cheese on top of the fries and the heat should melt it enough and get a better pizza oven, its clearly not hot enough. (unless you aren’t placing it on something to distribute heat evenly underneath)

  I came here today and ordered two halal special boxes which they said will take 10 minutes to cook. Service was really slow and took 30 minutes just to make two halal special boxes. I was able to watch them as they cooked it in front of me. They were slow and made each one individually which took longer rather than making them together and multi tasking properly. They melted the cheese which sat on top of my lamb and chips by microwaving them individually. I was really shocked because microwaving would take away the crispness of the chips. I instead told the man I was in a hurry and not microwave to avoid it. When i got home to eat them, I wasn’t happy at all and did not enjoy them. The cops were soft from the microwave as mine was the one that was in the microwave for a bit and the meat tasted wrong for me. Not a happy camper

  A small place with a perfect dim light. The Fish&chips have been fried perfectly and chicken pizza with good amount of cheese were good and Service was great.
