Another hot night so I didn’t feel like cooking so my partner and I ordered some home delivery.
This time we ordered some Vietnamese and not eating to eat too much we only ordered one dish each.
We shared some vegetarian fried rice which was ok, but it tasted burnt and not that palatable to me.
But the serving size was big and the t/a container packed to the brim.
We also had some satay chicken w vegetables which was alright. The satay wasn’t too thick, more of a watery sauce.
The flavour was ok and the container was packed to the brim.
The chicken was unusual in texture, almost rubbery.
Overall this was an average dinner.

This place when its busy can be super squishy so be sure to get there early or book. Food here is not too bad size of the meals are reasonable. Service here is good, staff are friendly and smile which we appreciate! Will be back
My family being Vietnamese, I am quite fussy and picky when it comes to Viet restaurants and food, this is quite a nice restaurant, one of the better ones outside of Richmond and Springvale! Would recommend for people looking for somewhat authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Clean restaurant and service is super fast. I have been back multiple times
