Excellent food and service as per usual. The entree was the highlight, pea potato tart was fresh with sophisticated yet clean finish, very creative tart base. The dessert needs a bit of improvement, plum chocolate mousse, the sourness of plum has overrun the richness of chocolate, overall not in harmony when having a mouthful. Probably need to increase % of chocolate or reduce the sourness

beside the restaurant, they have art museum and wine cellar place too. outside the restaurant, they have outdoor view, where we can enjoy the view, chill and sit in the table thats been provided in the deck with wine that we buy.
Upon my arrival, i was greeted by the staff and she directly take me to my designated table. I got the best sit that i could ask for! Straight away to the best view & best ambience;bright,airy and wonderful!
FOOD (2 course for $60)
1. Cauliflower with black truffle, potato, gremolata & nutmeg
2. Blackpepper Lamb with mantou
3. Grilled duck breast, jerusalem artichoke, ginger & pickled onion.
4. 50 degrees salmon with beetroot,onion, pepper and ginger
5. Rose wine and pinot noir
Overall,the environment was beyond what i can imagine, however the food is not what im expected would be like..the chef cooked perfectly the fold for us. the size portion is a bit small considering the price wise. Furthermore, the wine was exceptional of course!
The staffs was friendly and attentive,good places.. couldnt be more excited than this! (make sure before you come, dont forget to make a booking by calling them.)
