Had a great lunch here yesterday with my 4 year old twins and their grandma. Very child-friendly with colouring books and games that kept the kids happily occupied and allowed us to have a relaxed lunch. Food was delicious with some great options that you don’t get at other venues. I had the Indian Scrambled Eggs that were served with delicious flaky roti bread, dhal and the tastiest mango chutney I’ve ever had. Loved the chutney so much that they sent me home with a little take-away container of it to have at home today. Will definitely be going back!
Really great experience any time I’ve come here. These people all know how to give great customer service, especially the girl with super short blonde hair – always so nice and bubbly. Thank you.
Nice layout and friendly staff. Food is okay, however really overpriced. Ordered the smashed avo and added bacon. $4.50 extra for two finger-sizes pieces of bacon, seems excessive to me. They use a very cheap, flavourless feta in the dish as well. Overall, the place is good, but if somewhere else is open, I’d go there first.
Happy 21st to my daughter who chose this place for her celebratory brunch. Located in a side street off Bell Street opposite McDonald’s, this is a sweet place to come for some local friendly service and good food. The menu is a little different and it was nice to see some interesting meals. I had a tasty ‘Middle Eastern’ meal and my daughter made up her own treat of sour dough, holoumi and avocado. Her juice was amazingly fresh and tasted delicious. Although we sat outside in the morning sun there are some nice seating layouts inside including a nice bench to read the well supplied daily newspapers. Big thank you to the staff who were always friendly, happy to tweak the menu to suit us and always with a big smile. Plus they are doing their bit to help reduce waste with reuseable cups etc. Wheelchair friendly. Very kid friendly. Good parking in Francis Street. Takeaway food available. Toilets is unisex and suitable for parents with toddlers.
