Lost customer!. I have been going to this cafe for 20 years but no more! Staff are unfriendly and it is looking quite grotty. I waited 20 minutes for my coffee and then had to ask for it. No apology was offered and the coffee was average. It has been really disappointing to see this once lovely cafe go downhill. There are other choices in Highton that are much better.

Poor service, you shouldn’t have to remind them of your order several times. good coffee but won’t come back..

Lunch ona sunny day:). I usually only drop past for take away coffee and milk shakes for my daughter.the girl that served us was friendly, and we had fresh made sandwiches which where nice, milkshakes always a winner with my daughter. I had my usual latte which was passable.
Nice sitting outside on a sunny day 🙂

More miss than hit. I called in yesterday for a BLT and green tea. The ambience and green tea was fine but the BLT was a big miss – lettuce with brown edge, token tomato, cold bacon and chewy not the promised crusty bread roll. Not worth a return visit.

Very hit and miss. Breakfast was very plain and poached eggs tasted strongly of vinegar and I had egg shell in them. Coffee is ok. Ambiance is nice but gets very noisy during peek times- you have to yell across the table. Some staff friendly others not so much. Overall good to pop in for a coffee or cake but don’t love it.

A good pastry turned into shoe sole. Staff should cook not nuke food.
