The food is amazing at Chaskah, it reminds me of as if Im having food in delhi. This is my favourite indian restaurant in Melbourne. Would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

We visited on a weekend night but couldnt dine in coz the space was way too cramped to accommodate my baby stroller. Secondly, they play really loud music at the restaurant! Its disturbing and can barely have a conversation unless Im speaking SO LOUD. So I decided to have takeaway.
They were out of items on the menu so I had to settle down for some thing else which was way too spicy… and average in taste. Not quite impressed by the overall experience.

My wife and I like this place. Mostly done take away form them. They are pretty fast and have the food available at the time as promised (this is always a plus). Also like their menu, different to whats avail s otherwise in the area. Must try! 😉

Great food, good service but a little slow
    Busy restaurant on weekends
    But not too spacious
Food is good but could be better!

Heard many good things about non veg but veg food is average. Ordered Malai Kofta which was way too creamy. Very runny gravy rather than thick. Very sweet too. Chef needs to improve his hand on veg dishes.

Amazing food!!! Reminds me of the days back in India. Totally authentic taste of India. Best place for Indian cuisine and chats in Melbourne.

In my honest and most humble opinion, by far the BEST Indian food I have ever had in Melbourne! and I’ve tried many!!! It is what i would class as TRULY AUTHENTIC and is Indian cuisine at its best, without tampering to cater for western Palettes and loosing its authenticity. Great husband wife team and super friendly service! Butter chicken is to die for, not to mention the Chole Bhature!! And don’t even get me started on the Gol Gappe :):):) Everything we have tried we have loved to be honest… i would give it a 10!
