Breakfast was horrible. Coffee was burnt and the eggs Benedict were vile. Swiss Cheese under the eggs did not work at all and if you ask for spinach, sauté it for 30 seconds for Christ sake (had a pile of fresh spinach under my eggs).If you hard poach eggs when you only have one docket then you are probably in the wrong job.
