We ended up in Horsham by accident on our road trip today & I’m mighty glad we did. We did a little bit of shopping & decided we needed a good pub meal. We went to one pub & they didn’t serve veggies so off we went & ended up here, thank god. It was amazing. The young girl that served us was gorgeous, made us feel welcome & nothing was a problem. The food was fantastic. So glad we ended up in Horsham & Vic Hotel.
Was really happy with venue and our main meals were delicious. Ordered dessert, ( which was two sundaes and churros) waiting .. waiting .. 20mins went by, after 30mins ticking away I went to the counter to see if they had forgotten them, the lady told me they were coming now, I sat back down, another 15mins went by and still no sundaes or churros. We had somewhere else to be so after 45mins we asked if we could get them to take away, they only had plastic plates which was more than fine, we just wanted our dessert! We were given ONE scoop of ice cream on a plate costing $7!!!and sticky date pudding when we had ordered churros. We couldn’t be bothered waiting anymore for them to fix their mistake as we were already running late! So disappointing and as it started out a really nice experience! Should have gone to maccas!
Classic pub food, exactly what u would expect in the country. I had the porthouse, was pretty good. Could use a few craft beersThe all you can eat/serve your own veggies was a bonus.
Saturday night dinner. Regrettably we had a disappointing experience at this pub. After a long hour plus wait to get our meals, we can say the steak was good but the customer service and reason why there was a delay in the meal very poor. Would not recommend.
Overpriced Pub Food. Nothing special even gave to pay for bread rools
