Even 1 star is too high for this place. Really, really bad customer service.
I bought a groupon voucher my Souvlaki in Hughesdale (which might I add really wasnt that much cheaper), read the terms and conditions carefully.
You are supposedly able to redeem your voucher from 5:30pm. I arrived at 5:45 only to be told that they have stopped redeeming vouchers today because they had limited meat which was reserved for a function.
Nowhere did it say that you needed to call to see if they could give you food, it does state that your choice of wrap may not be available NOT you wont get anything at all!!!
I did a review on the Facebook site and one of the owners Melanie, (who was in the shop at the time) posted a laughing emoji so she obviously doesnt
care about keeping her business going and thinks that treating customers like shit is fine.
Do yourselves a favour and go to the Oasis Bakery on North Road instead.
Great service with great food every single time
